About

We designed an intuitive telecom management system that integrates multiple telecom services into a single, user-friendly platform. Through workshops and in-depth research, we collaborated with T-Mobile product owners to create an interface that streamlines IVR configuration, call center management, conferencing, and reporting. In the project, we worked with Silk Software House, which also later delivered the project (https://silksoftwarehouse.com/pl/portfolio/t-mobile). Working with such recognizable client was a privilege to us.

By structuring the project into phased integrations, we enabled a smooth transition from existing systems, reducing risks and lowering implementation costs. Our high-fidelity prototypes, interaction guidelines, and detailed documentation ensure a seamless handoff for development teams.
